The M30 is built on a modular System Frame architecture. Designed for strength, speed of assembly, and adaptability, the frame system ensures the lift remains a rigid, professional workstation.
The System Frame Architecture
The core of the lift consists of two solid tube frames (13) + (14) equipped with solid flanges, mounted between the two synchronized lifting columns (8).
- The Upper System Frame (13): Engineered for clinical versatility, it features a integrated quick-connector for the Seat Frame (6). This allows the seat (5) to be securely mounted or removed using only a single screw, enabling rapid transitions between standing and seated analysis.
- The Lower System Frame (14): Designed for efficiency, it contains two tool-less quick-connectors for the Platform (2). This unique design allows the platform to be mounted and secured without the need for screws, simplifying cleaning and maintenance.

Modular Height Adjustment
The M30 is adaptable to the practitioner's height and specific clinical needs. The entire System Frame set can be easily adjusted 5 cm higher to customize the workspace:
- Standard Configuration: Step-up height of 18.5 cm, lifting to 68.5 cm.
- High Configuration: Step-up height moves to 23.5 cm, with a maximum height of 73.5 cm.
- The Advantage: Elevating the System frame set provides even greater legroom and clearance under the platform, offering maximum ergonomic comfort for taller specialists during close-up work.

The Orthostand M30 is a global product, engineered for efficient international distribution. To minimize the environmental and financial impact of shipping, we developed the Twin-Pack system.
- Stackable Design: The M30 is engineered so two units can be safely stacked on top of each other.
