Orthostand reduces physical strain caused by prolonged bent, kneeling, or static working positions in foot care.

It addresses ergonomic risks at their source by enabling healthier posture during treatment.

The Orthostand is a professional medical device intended exclusively for Business-to-Business (B2B) use. Due to the technical complexity, specialized transport requirements, and professional nature of the equipment, we do not sell to private consumers for personal use. Consequently, statutory consumer return rights (cooling-off periods) do not apply to these transactions. All sales are final, governed by our B2B Terms and Conditions.

Solution 1: Disconnect the power cord from the wall outlet, wait 10 seconds, and reconnect.

Solution 2: Reset the Orthostand (See How to do a Reset)

If the lift system becomes unresponsive or desynchronized, follow these steps on the Foot switch:

  1. Press and hold the DOWN button until the columns reach their absolute lowest position.
  2. Let go of the DOWN button.
  3. Press and hold the DOWN button again for approximately 5 seconds.
  4. Wait for an audible beep from the control box. The reset is now complete, and normal operation can resume.



Use the leveler feet to ensure the Orthostand is  level (verify with a spirit level).

Fix the Control Box securely with double sided tape to the bottom of the Cable Box
