Registration & Warranty

Three-year limited warranty

Every Orthostand M30 is covered by a limited warranty. The warranty starts on the invoice date — register your device within three months of purchase to activate full cover.

Registering your product lets us support you faster, store your device details securely, and provide efficient service if you ever need it. Registration and warranty status are handled in the customer portal.

Something not right?

If your Orthostand needs attention, let us know through the customer portal or by email — include your serial number (A-number) and a short description, and we'll get back to you quickly.

Quick check: if the platform stops moving, disconnect the power for 10 seconds and reconnect; if it stays unresponsive, reset the lift from the foot switch (see the FAQ).

What problem does the Orthostand solve?

It reduces the physical strain caused by prolonged bent, kneeling or static working positions in foot care — addressing ergonomic risk at its source by letting the practitioner keep a healthy, upright posture while the client is raised to a comfortable working height.

Can the client be examined standing?

Yes — that's the point. The M30 raises the client standing, so the foot can be assessed under load, the way it functions in daily life.

How high does the platform go?

Up to 685 mm (standard) or 735 mm (high), with 500 mm of vertical lift travel — raised in about 15 seconds via a foot switch.

What weight can it hold?

The platform is safety-limited to 140 kg.

How do I activate my warranty?

Register your device in the customer portal within three months of the invoice date. The warranty starts on the invoice date.

Is the Orthostand available to private consumers?

No. It's a professional device for business-to-business (B2B) use only. Because of its technical complexity, specialised transport and professional nature, we don't sell to private consumers, and statutory consumer return rights (cooling-off periods) don't apply — all sales are governed by our B2B terms and conditions.

The platform no longer moves up or down — what should I do?

First, disconnect the power cord from the wall outlet, wait 10 seconds, and reconnect. If that doesn't help, perform a reset of the lift system (see below). If it persists, contact your local importer or email info@ergonomix.nl.

How do I reset the Orthostand?

On the foot switch: press and hold the DOWN button until the columns reach their absolute lowest position, then release. Press and hold DOWN again for about 5 seconds and wait for an audible beep from the control box — the reset is complete and normal operation can resume. If a reset is needed frequently, make sure the frame is level (use the leveller feet and a spirit level) and that the control box is fixed securely to the underside of the cable box.
